Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal Policy Of "International Journal of Art, Culture and Communication"

1. Withdrawal of Manuscript

An author may withdraw their manuscript at any time before it is accepted for publication. However, once a manuscript is accepted for publication, it may only be withdrawn with the written consent of the Editor-in-Chief.

2. Reasons for Withdrawal

There are a number of reasons why an author may wish to withdraw their manuscript. Some common reasons include:

  • The manuscript is not yet ready for publication.
  • The author has found a more suitable journal for their manuscript.
  • The author has decided not to publish their manuscript.

3. Procedure for Withdrawal

If an author wishes to withdraw their manuscript, they should contact the Editor-in-Chief as soon as possible. The Editor-in-Chief will then review the request and make a decision.

4. Consequences of Withdrawal

If a manuscript is withdrawn after it has been accepted for publication, the author may be charged a withdrawal fee. The amount of the fee will be determined by the Editor-in-Chief.

5. Appeals

If an author is dissatisfied with the decision of the Editor-in-Chief, they may appeal to the Editorial Board. The Editorial Board will then review the decision and make a final decision.
