Refunds for Manuscript Submissions

  • Full refund: If you withdraw your manuscript before the peer review process begins, you will receive a full refund of your submission fee.
  • 50% refund: If you withdraw your manuscript after the peer review process begins but before a decision is made, you will receive a 50% refund of your submission fee.
  • No refund: If you withdraw your manuscript after a decision has been made, you will not receive a refund of your submission fee.

Please note:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your request.
  • Refunds will be issued to the same payment method that was used to make the original payment.
